            Tutorials

... still under construction ...

A number of tutorial examples are provided with HADDOCK 2.X that will enable you to perform:

  • protein-protein docking using chemical shift perturbation (CSP) data

  • protein-protein docking using CSP data and diffusion anisotropy restraints

  • solvated protein-protein docking using bioinformatic interface predictions

  • protein-DNA docking using a variety of experimental data

  • multi-body docking of a symmetrical trimer

  • protein-ligand docking
The required data to run those tutorial examples can be found in the example directory of the HADDOCK distribution.
