A number of tutorial examples are provided with HADDOCK 2.X that will enable you to perform:
- protein-protein docking using chemical shift perturbation (CSP) data
- protein-protein docking using CSP data and diffusion anisotropy restraints
- solvated protein-protein docking using bioinformatic interface predictions
- protein-DNA docking using a variety of experimental data
- multi-body docking of a symmetrical trimer
- protein-ligand docking
The required data to run those tutorial examples can be found in the example directory of the HADDOCK
distribution.
